PBCF Installation
without Drydocking
PBCF can be installed on-water without drydocking by adjusting the ship's trim and raising the propeller above the waterline. This method has been successfully applied to a wide range of ship types, from bulk carriers to VLCCs, and we have conducted a comparative evaluation on three sister VLCCs.
Clear Evaluation of PBCF Effect
Since there are no other differences between the before and after the afloat installation, the effect of PBCF can be clearly evaluated. We provide an effect analysis report service based on voyage data for the evaluation of the Advanced PBCF installed vessels.
